SwiftFund ("we," "us," "our") operates the business funding application at apply.leadpop.io. We are a lead generation service — not a lender, bank, or financial institution. We help business owners explore funding options by connecting them with a network of third-party lending partners and funding providers who review inquiries and contact applicants directly.
How Our Service Works — Important
When you submit your information through our quiz and contact form, you authorize SwiftFund to share that information with our network of lending partners and funding providers. Those partners — not SwiftFund — will contact you to discuss your funding options. SwiftFund does not make lending decisions, does not underwrite applications, and does not contact applicants about funding.
By submitting your information, you expressly consent to SwiftFund sharing your data and to being contacted by our lending partners by phone, SMS, or email regarding business funding options.
Information We Collect
When you use our quiz and contact form, we collect:
- Contact information: first name, last name, phone number, email address, business name
- Quiz answers: funding type preferences, monthly revenue range, time in business, estimated credit score range
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring URL
- Tracking identifiers: cookies from Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, and UTM parameters from paid ads
How We Use Your Information
- To determine whether you pre-qualify for business funding based on your quiz answers
- To send you a one-time SMS verification code to confirm your phone number
- To share your contact information and quiz answers with lending partners in our network so they can evaluate your inquiry and contact you about funding options
- To measure advertising performance and optimize our campaigns (Meta, Google)
- To improve our service and user experience
Who We Share Your Information With
We share your personal information with the following categories of recipients:
- Lending partners and funding providers — third-party companies in our network who review your inquiry, evaluate your pre-qualification, and contact you directly by phone, SMS, or email to discuss business funding options. These are the companies that can offer you funding. LeadPop does not facilitate or participate in these conversations.
- Technology service providers: Twilio (SMS verification), GoHighLevel (CRM and lead routing), Meta (advertising measurement), Google (analytics)
- As required by law: in response to valid legal process, court orders, or government requests
We do not sell your personal information to data brokers or unrelated third parties for their own marketing purposes unrelated to business funding.
Your Consent to Lending Partner Contact
By submitting the contact form on our website, you expressly authorize SwiftFund to share your information with our lending partners, and you consent to be contacted by those partners — including by autodialed telephone calls, pre-recorded voice messages, SMS text messages, and email — at the contact information you provide. This contact may relate to business funding options, product offerings, or follow-up on your inquiry.
You acknowledge that SwiftFund is not making these contacts — our lending partners are independent third parties who will reach out to you directly.
You are not required to provide consent as a condition of receiving any funding. If you do not wish to be contacted by lending partners, do not submit the contact form.
SMS and Phone Verification
Our service requires phone number verification via a one-time SMS code sent through Twilio. By providing your phone number, you consent to receive this verification message. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of any future SMS messages from SwiftFund. This does not affect contact from lending partners, which is governed by their own opt-out procedures.
Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies (Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager) to measure advertising effectiveness and understand how visitors use our site. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above or as required by law. Contact and quiz data is stored in our CRM system (GoHighLevel). Once your information is shared with a lending partner, that partner's own data retention practices apply to their copy of your information.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information from our systems (note: we cannot delete information already shared with lending partners)
- Opt out of marketing communications from LeadPop

Security
We use 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data transmitted through our website. Access to personal information is restricted to authorized personnel only. We cannot, however, guarantee the security of data transmitted over the internet.
Children
Our Service is intended for business owners and is not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
